I’ve got two Airtel DTH connections with one dish and two set-top boxes. I deactivated the second connection three months ago, but the payments for my main connection are still being applied to the inactive one. I took the IELTS exam on October 20th, hoping to secure my place at a top university abroad. The results were supposed to be out on November 5th, but I received an email stating that my result is delayed due to a “quality check.” The email promised an update within a week, but that hasn’t happened. Each time I contact customer care, they tell me to wait another week. This delay is seriously impacting my university applications and jeopardizing my future. While the application form mentions the possibility of delays, it feels like the British Council is using this clause to their advantage. If my result doesn’t arrive within a month, I’ll miss the application deadline and have to either delay my studies or pay a hefty 10,000 rupees for another exam. What can I do to get my results and get on with my plans?
