I’m struggling to get my Transfer Certificate (TC) from Sinhgad College of Engineering in Solapur. I joined the mechanical engineering program directly in the second year but had to drop out after completing one year due to financial difficulties. What steps can I take to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court against corruption within a government organization in India? We’ve already reported this matter to the top officials (IAS and RAS) in the organization, but nothing has changed despite providing documented and audio evidence for over a year.
