I gave a blank cheque to a private college for a B.A.M.S degree course, with instructions to fill it after 10 days. They immediately used it and the cheque bounced. The college now insists I pay the fees via RTGS/NEFT within 10 days. They admit they wrongly presented the cheque to the bank. I initially transferred Rs. 50,000 to see if the funds would be credited, but the college now claims the seat has been sold to someone else for a higher donation and refuses to admit me. Respected Sir,I have been selected for the Assistant Manager position at BSFCSCL. The advertisement mentioned MBA/PGDBM as a requirement. I completed my MFM in 2012 from BHU. However, the MFM designation was changed to MBA (Financial Management) in 2015, as per a notification in the Gazette of India.Would my MFM qualification be considered equivalent to MBA (Financial Management)? If BSFCSCL rejects my candidature based on this, I am prepared to seek legal recourse. The course content of both degrees is identical. Please guide me on this matter.

I was caught travelling in the luggage compartment of a Mumbai local train by the RPF and taken to their post at Mumbai Central station. They told me that a magistrate would arrive at noon and I would have to wait to pay a fine of â‚¹200 in court. I provided my details and was taken to court with other offenders. We agreed with what the magistrate said, paid the fine to the RPF, and left. Now I’m applying for the UPSC and the attestation form asks if I’ve ever been arrested, prosecuted, bound down, fined by a court, or convicted for any offence. Should I tick “yes” to any of these questions? Could not ticking “yes” be considered concealing information? What should I do?
