As a retired Indian Army EME Corps personnel, I, Subhash Babu P, served for 30 years and retired on 30 November 2014. Upon retirement, my Children Education Allowance (CEA) of Rs. 28,576 was due. I joined the Andhra Pradesh State Police Department in 2012, claiming age relaxation as a Non-Ex-serviceman based on the notification allowing service in the army to be considered. I’m a permanent LMC A2 with a broken left index finger. I’m stationed at a high altitude area, around 8,000 feet. The doctor won’t excuse me from duty due to the altitude.
