For over 5 years, I’ve been trying to get a BSNL connection in Thirumullaivoyal, Thendral Nagar West. Despite having schools and a church nearby with connections, I’m told it’s not feasible. I need internet for my career and my children’s education, but I can’t move. No other providers work in the area. Is there any legal recourse? I’ve already filed complaints and received a letter from the General Manager stating it’s not feasible. What can I do?

My father passed away in 2007, leaving behind a landed property in Chennai and Bengaluru, registered in my mother’s name.
