What legal steps can we take against someone who repeatedly files false complaints with the police, motivated by malicious intent, to harm us? My father served in the Indian Army for 15 years and joined State Bank of India as an armed guard in 1986 after his retirement. Sadly, he was dismissed from the bank in 1995 due to forgery and was also imprisoned. Since then, he hasn’t received any pension or benefits from the bank. Our street is a dead end, and a private college has built its campus right after it. They’ve already made three entrances, and now they’re trying to use our street as a fourth. This wasn’t shown on any plans, and they don’t have a postal address for this route. This has led to college buses, cars, bikes, and autos speeding through our street, creating a lot of chaos. I bought an Intex Aqua Fish phone from eBay on August 20th. It arrived without an invoice, and unfortunately, it was faulty. I reported the issue on August 23rd, requesting a replacement and invoice. The invoice arrived on the 24th, but no replacement was offered. I took the phone to the service center, but even after two attempts and a PCB change, the defect wasn’t fixed. They refused to replace it, claiming it was a “default” issue. My written complaint went unanswered, and the service center manager was rude, refusing to acknowledge the phone’s problem. He even blamed me, saying I threatened to file an FIR and made unreasonable demands.
