Hey everyone, I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on September 20th, but it arrived damaged. The dealer refused to replace it, but did file a complaint with Samsung (complaint number 4201573965). After weeks of contacting both Samsung customer care and the dealer, a Samsung employee arrived with three unknown individuals on September 28th. They tried to intimidate me and only replaced one of the damaged parts, taking the other with a promise of delivery yesterday. Now Samsung has closed the case without fixing the remaining damage. Respected Sir,I worked as an Assistant in LIC from July 24, 1993, to October 19, 1993, for a total of 85 days. In 2005, the Supreme Court passed a judgment in the case of TTFTTL vs LIC (Civil Appeal No. 6950/2009) regarding the absorption of temporary employees, recognizing the CGIT award ID no. 27 of 1991.Considering this, I have two questions:1. Am I eligible for regular employment in LIC based on this Supreme Court judgment?2. If not, what avenues are available for me to seek regularization? Is there any possibility of filing an application in the Supreme Court?Recently, LIC has announced on its website that it is implementing this award for employees who worked until 1991. He’s also threatening me and my family, and even filed false charges against my brothers. The police and lawyers seem biased in his favour. I joined a company claiming to be a Microsoft partner in March. They promised a proper appointment letter but only gave it to me in October. They also held back a portion of my salary, initially 15,000 rupees. In December, three of us decided to leave. We submitted our resignations on the 7th, but the manager refused to sign them and sent us home. They never contacted us again. Now, they’re demanding I pay a month’s salary, threatening legal action. They even sent a salary slip for December, even though I hadn’t been there for a month and hadn’t received any payment. They know I can’t afford to pay them, so they’re trying to force me into a scam. What can I do? Why should I pay this fraudulent company when they already owe me 22,000 rupees?
