I started my second year of engineering last year at a private college after clearing the ECET exam. Unfortunately, due to health and financial difficulties, I had to drop out within two months. I requested my certificates and paid a hefty sum of â‚¹35,000 to the college management. However, they are now demanding the entire three years’ fees in return for my certificates. I’ve heard that there’s a law against colleges withholding student certificates. What can I do to get my certificates back?
