We renewed our contract with a driver’s syndicate in Bangalore on September 21st, 2016, for three months after paying them a deposit of â‚¹30,000. We have a copy of the agreement. The driver stopped working, claiming the company hadn’t paid him his dues. We told the driver’s agency we no longer wanted his services and asked for our deposit back, along with the driver’s unpaid wages. Now, the driver is harassing us and threatening legal action. My wife left home after a fight a few days ago. We filed a Section 9 case but she hasn’t appeared in court. I was called to the CAW cell today, and they accused me of many things, putting immense pressure to take her back. They even threatened jail.
