I’m in Dubai and need to file a civil case in India against a customer who owes me around â‚¹75 lakhs for products I sold him. Due to the delayed payment, I’m also charging interest at 8-9%, bringing the total owed to over â‚¹1 crore. As I can’t travel to India for the case, I need to appoint a lawyer through a Power of Attorney. Do I need to use stamp paper for this Power of Attorney and if so, what value? Also, does it need to be notarized or attested?

I rented a 2-bedroom flat, but the doors and windows had some damage when I first saw it. I told the landlord about it, and he said he’d fix it. My landlord and I have been clashing over my caring for stray animals. We had a disagreement about feeding dogs, and now he wants us to leave. He claims he needs the house for personal use, but I believe it’s retaliation for the disagreement. I’m really upset and hurt by this, especially since I have to pay for the painting even though I haven’t lived here for a year. Is there any way I can challenge this?
