My family bought a flat in Hyderabad back in January 2014. Lately, we’ve noticed cracks appearing in the walls, and the borewell’s gone dry. It seems the builder didn’t do a proper job with the construction. We’ll need to get a new borewell installed. Can I, as a flat owner, ask the builder to pay for these repairs? We got married in November 2012. Our daughter is 2 years old. My wife has been staying at her parents’ house since December 2014. She has attempted suicide three times (once before marriage and twice after) and frequently threatens to do so. She’s also become verbally abusive and I’ve found inappropriate messages and conversations with her brothers. I was hired as a Bank Mitra worker by Zero Mass Foundation, a private company in Maharashtra and a Business Correspondent of State Bank of India, in West Bengal. The circle head, ABC, collected my signature on blank documents and took Rs. 1.5 lakh from me without providing any receipt. He later refused to give me copies of these papers. After 18 months, I received a termination letter dated July 2, 2015, ending my employment agreement without any justifiable reason.
