My family has been farming this land for over 60 years, passed down from our forefathers. We don’t have any official papers since it was received from the zamindars. However, our uncles are now claiming ownership with documents. After a long and difficult period with my husband, I finally filed a case against him two years ago, seeking both criminal charges under Section 498A and a domestic violence order.
