I’ve worked with Max Speciality Film Limited (part of Max India) for over a decade. Sadly, their division closed, leaving me with promised benefits under their internal VRS scheme, only documented in an email. I’m also owed incentives, PF, Gratuity, leave settlement, etc. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups with senior management over the past 4 months, I haven’t received any of these benefits.
