My fixed deposit with a listed company matured months ago, but they’re refusing to pay. I filed a complaint with the CLB in Mumbai, but they haven’t taken any action. My family owns a three-story building in Hyderabad. The government has measured part of the drainage extension beside our home and informed us they might demolish the building. Our property is registered but not assigned, and we have obtained LRS and building permissions up to the first floor. We pay taxes for the entire building. They haven’t issued any formal notice yet. Can we seek a stay order? If they proceed with the demolition, their compensation is likely to be minimal. Could we pursue land-to-land allotment and construction expense recovery through a legal suit? Are there any successful cases addressing this situation? What legal expenses should we expect?

I wrote a heartfelt letter to a girl, expressing my feelings and wanting to meet her family. She was startled, and her reaction was quite strong. The police have filed a case, and I’m currently on bail. She later mentioned to my brother that she was scared by the letter and no longer wants to proceed with the case.
