My court agreement was ruined in the recent floods, a natural disaster that can happen to anyone. Even the photocopy was lost with the belongings. When someone forcefully takes over property, shouldn’t the law apply equally to everyone? The court could ask the person how, when, and where they acquired this warehouse. This property was donated to a temple trust, and I’m confident they wouldn’t engage in any illegal activities. There are several complaints regarding illegal construction filed since August 2014 with the LG, DC, and Police, both online and offline. Do I need to include the MCD and the other party in the writ petition? Thanks for your help.

I filed a case in the Patna High Court in September 2013 to get an FIR against others dismissed. I paid a property developer in India a sum of money for a plot but due to unforeseen circumstances, I decided not to purchase it and requested a refund. The developer returned a portion in cash and the remaining â‚¹1,10,000 through two checks of â‚¹55,000 each.
