I joined as an RPF Constable on 1st November 2014. After completing my initial training, during practical training, I was falsely accused under IPC 354 and POCSO Act sections 11(1) and 12. I was arrested on 29th October 2015 and got bail on 16th November 2015. Even though my case was still pending in court, I was discharged on 19th May 2016. Finally, on 4th January 2017, the court acquitted me due to benefit of doubt. Can I get my job back now? Please guide me.

I worked for almost 5 years at BEML in Bangalore and resigned with proper approval before joining HAL Bangalore. When my gratuity claim was denied, I filed a complaint with the Labour Commissioner (ALC) in Bangalore. The ALC ruled in my favor, but BEML appealed to the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (DY CLC). The first two hearings were missed by BEML, but their lawyer attended the third hearing and asked for an adjournment. If the appeal ultimately goes against me, what are my options? I worked at a school for seven years. When I was pregnant for the first time, they gave me unpaid leave. However, they refused leave during my second pregnancy, even though they assured me they would call me back. I left in August 2014, and they cleared my PF in February 2015. I later learned about gratuity and, after arguing, they paid it in August 2015. I was five months pregnant at the time and want my job back. I don’t have an appointment letter, but I have an experience certificate signed by them. I worked for a cash management company for two years, joining on May 29, 2014 and leaving on May 22, 2016. I was a manager at a company until December 2015. The company asked me to resign as they couldn’t afford my salary. I resigned in November 2015 and completed my two-month notice period. However, in late November, HR emailed me saying I didn’t need to work in December and they’d pay my November and December salary as part of my final settlement.
