I’m a Christian from India and was arranged married 10 years ago to a woman from the same community. Sadly, we separated shortly after and got a divorce through a notarized agreement. She even acknowledged this in court documents. I’m now seeking a formal divorce declaration under the Family Court Act. However, she’s refusing to cooperate and wants to make things difficult, claiming my case isn’t legally sound.
