My husband and I got married in 2010, but he was diagnosed with HIV six months later. We were together for 12 years, but unfortunately, it was a difficult marriage with domestic abuse. We finally divorced in 2016, and I received a monthly allowance of â‚¹20,000 along with a share of his property. Sadly, he passed away on March 3rd, 2016. My lawyers didn’t handle all the legal paperwork properly, and I’m not sure if I have any rights to his property or if I can continue to receive the monthly allowance for life.
