Namaste! I downloaded an app called PaySay, similar to Paytm, for online bill payments. I used my debit card to recharge my mobile, but the money didn’t get deducted. I thought it was free for new users and recharged a bit too much. But after two days, the app’s co-founder called and said I had to pay the entire amount. They threatened to file a complaint with the cyber cell and contact a lawyer. I’m a student and can’t afford to pay everything. What should I do? Please help!

I met someone online, and we haven’t shared personal details like names or addresses. I only have their virtual phone number, which I used to call them.
