I began my business in 2010 and signed a dealership agreement. The company took 2 cheques from me as security. Things went well until they sent me excess goods. I asked them to take back the extra materials and settle the account, but they didn’t listen. This extra material became useless and caused me losses. Now, I’m shutting down my business and looking for a job. During this time, the company presented my security cheques to the bank, which bounced due to insufficient funds.
