I’m from Bangalore and ordered an AC from Flipkart for my family home in Bankura, West Bengal. Due to a long delay, I had to cancel the order before receiving it. I paid online, but Flipkart hasn’t refunded my money. They’re based in Bangalore, but have no office in Bankura. Should I file a complaint with the Consumer Forum in Bangalore or Bankura? My family and I booked a flat in Greater Noida West with a builder in July 2012. We signed the agreement in July 2013, promising possession within 3 years. That deadline passed in June 2016, and even with a 6-month extension, the project should have been completed by December 2016. However, the building is still only up to the 16th floor out of 22, with construction stalled across all 7 towers.
