My grandfather acquired both residential and agricultural land in 1961 and 1968. In 1985, a neighbor filed a lawsuit regarding the residential property. We won the case in 1997, but the neighbor then filed another case in the revenue court in 1998 claiming ownership of the agricultural land. The appeal of the first case is still pending in the High Court with a stay order since 1997. Our lawyer submitted only a few documents for the revenue court case, just months before the final hearing. However, many documents related to the agricultural land were already submitted during the earlier lawsuit regarding the residential property.

My neighbor’s dog is constantly tied up right outside my window, day and night. We’ve spoken to them directly, received notices from the municipality, and even filed a police complaint.
