Since your shop is in Pune Cantonment, ensure your agreement clearly outlines the compensation you’ll receive and the timeframe for redevelopment. Also, check if any special permissions are required from the Cantonment Board for redevelopment. Finally, retain all signed documents and communication for future reference.
