The DLR Act 1954 was indeed repealed in 2023. While Section 81 is no longer applicable, restrictions on agricultural land use may still exist under other laws like the Land Revenue Code of your state. A 750 sq meter plot may be too small to be classified as agricultural land, requiring you to check local regulations for permissible land use.
