Dear Sir, I’m hoping you can help me understand a situation regarding government policy. The government announced a policy on June 16th, 2014, to regularize contractual employees who had completed three years of service by May 28th, 2014, and were still working for the government. My tenant, a partnership of 3 friends, rented my commercial property in May 2015. One partner didn’t contribute any money. After 6 months, one partner told me the non-investor couldn’t handle losses and wasn’t participating. Another partner wanted to transfer his share to his mother.
