There are four sisters and five brothers in the family, with my mother being the eldest. Recently, my uncles divided the remaining land, but they haven’t given any share to my aunts, including my mother. This land is worth crores and is now only 1.5 acres. My grandfather didn’t leave a will, and my mother is battling cancer. My aunts are struggling financially, and we are worried about their future. They are asking for their rightful share, but my uncles are refusing, saying they might give 1-2 plots after 10 years. What legal options do we have to ensure my mother and aunts get their fair share of the property?

After winning my case in the consumer forum and getting the judgment published in major newspapers, the other party sent me an email claiming I bribed the media to defame them. This is completely false. I haven’t paid any money and even spoke to the newspaper official to confirm. Can I file a case against them? If so, which section and court should I approach? In a criminal case filed against two individuals for cheating and forgery, I’m the original complainant. The police, during investigation, recorded a statement from Mr. Joshi, who claimed to have submitted a forged document to a government office in 2002. However, I have four documents proving that Mr. Joshi submitted this fabricated document in 2008, not 2002. My questions are:1. Can Mr. Joshi be prosecuted under sections 191 and 192 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and punished under section 193 of the IPC for providing false information to the police?2. My friend and I were installing CCTV cameras at a building when he accidentally fell from the balcony. We rushed him to the hospital where he got stitches on his head and chin.
