My grandfather had two marriages. My father was born from his first marriage, but his mother passed away soon after. He later remarried, and I have three uncles and an aunt from this marriage. My father had a strained relationship with my grandfather and stepmother after his second marriage, so he lived separately with my mother. I’m a store manager at a big retail company, responsible for 4 different departments, including a savings scheme. Three people under me misused around 6 lakhs from the scheme. They blamed me, saying I told them to do it, but I never did. The company lawyer threatened me, saying I need to take responsibility and pay.
