However, despite having excellent performance reviews, the company claims my performance is not satisfactory for advancement. They’ve assigned us extra work that we are unable to handle, and they seem to think that by burdening us, we’ll leave. Could you please clarify the following: Is this company registered with any recognized travel industry organizations like TAAI, IATA, or DOT? What is the standard notice period for employees in similar situations, according to Indian law? We are not receiving PF, medical benefits, or national/public holidays. How many holidays should we be entitled to as per the company’s policy?

Namaste! I own a corner plot house in our society, which is a freehold property. I’m planning to convert it into a commercial space. The front of my house borders a 7.5-meter road within the society, and the back connects to a 7.5-9 meter road owned by the apartments behind. This road ultimately connects to a 24-meter main road.I have two questions:1. I graduated in 2004 with my surname spelled “Lodh” (without the “i”) on my 10th, 12th, and graduation certificates.
