My family and I recently bought a flat in a new building. The builder finished the interior work, but the amenities are a mess! The gym, pool, and common areas are tiny, and the parking is so small that only a few of the 30 residents can fit their cars. The security, main gate, and building signage are incomplete too. We’ve been trying to contact the builder for months, but he’s not responding. Some of us have registered our flats, but others haven’t. What steps can I take to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court against corruption within a government organization in India? We’ve already reported this matter to the top officials (IAS and RAS) in the organization, but nothing has changed despite providing documented and audio evidence for over a year.
