My ex-wife and I mutually agreed to a divorce a few years ago, which the court approved. Recently, the police from the area where the previous domestic violence case was filed visited my home, saying they were following up on it. My ex-wife claims she had no idea the case was still pending. Now, she seems to be using it to cause trouble. My question is, since we had a legally binding divorce, does this old domestic violence case still hold any weight? Can she file a new one against me? I’m confused about my legal standing, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Namaste Sir,I’m in a bit of a bind. Two years ago, someone gave me two cheque leaves worth around one lakh rupees. Unfortunately, they bounced, and I’m having trouble reaching the person. I’ve tried sending legal notices three times, but they’ve been returned as undeliverable because he refuses to accept them and I don’t have his current address. These cheques were issued by his private limited company in May 2014. What should I do now to recover my money? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I got my bike registered in Pune. Then I moved to Ranchi for work and applied for a NOC to transfer the registration there. However, I ended up coming back to Pune after a year without actually moving my bike to Ranchi. The NOC was issued in April 2015 but I never completed the registration process in Ranchi.
