I got married in February 2003 and have an 11-year-old daughter. Right from the start, my in-laws treated me poorly, making me feel like a servant. I initially kept quiet and endured their behavior, hoping my husband, in-laws, and brother-in-law would eventually understand they were wrong. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I even filed a complaint with the CAW cell in 2005, but eventually compromised and returned to my husband after they assured my parents things would change. Sadly, they resumed their mistreatment within months.Realizing their behavior wouldn’t change, I moved back to my parents’ home in June 2013, where I live with my mother, brother, sister-in-law, and niece. My brother-in-law even filed a false complaint against me (354 CrPC) after I visited my matrimonial home with my daughter in November 2013. My father-in-law called me to collect some clothes, but it was a trap.I’m not working and my brother is supporting us. I’m worried about my daughter’s future and want to secure her well-being. My in-laws own three properties. Is it possible for me to get a house and a fixed deposit of â‚¹25 lakhs in my daughter’s name? What are my options?

I ordered two Motorola Moto G 3rd generation phones online from Silversoft.co.in on October 29th, 2015. I followed their instructions, paid through their SBI current account in Nagpur on the same day, and sent them a transaction receipt to [email protected] for shipment as per their terms. However, I haven’t received any updates about my order since then. I’ve emailed them multiple times and even tried contacting them on WhatsApp, but their account is deactivated. The phone numbers listed on their website have been switched off since October 29th, 2015. I’m worried and would really appreciate any help in getting my order shipped.
