I’m an officer working at the BEST undertaking in Mumbai. I was dismissed due to sexual harassment allegations, but the person who dismissed me wasn’t from the internal women’s cell. He was a delegated GM with no authority to appoint. Is my dismissal valid?Additionally, after I completed cross-examination with the complainant, the first inquiry officer resigned. A second officer was appointed, re-conducted the cross-examination, and completely invalidated the first one. He then dismissed me. Isn’t this a violation of natural justice?

As an NRI, I owned land in a good neighborhood for 3 years. Someone claimed it as theirs and put up a sign. I flew back, confirmed my documents were in order, and had the sign removed.
