My wife has filed for divorce, citing various legal sections. I received a summons but didn’t accept it as I don’t want to give her a divorce. I’m living abroad and can’t manage these legal issues myself. I’ve had problems with lawyers, some even seem to be connected to my wife’s side, demanding excessive fees. My wife, influenced by her family, seems to be pushing for this divorce. A new summons has been issued, and I’m worried about the consequences if it goes ex-parte. Is it possible for me to respond to the court directly, without a lawyer? I’m really struggling with this situation, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was unfairly dismissed by REC in 1992 based on an incomplete investigation. They didn’t reveal that my travel allowance claim was never even processed, a fact they only admitted in 2014. This claim was the main reason for my dismissal, forming the basis of three out of six charges, which also included some old, baseless accusations. Since 2014, I’ve been trying to reopen the case but haven’t been successful. Can I approach the courts again, given this new information?
