My divorce case has been pending in the Bangalore High Court for four years. An early hearing application was granted in February 2016, but after almost 25 hearings, the case hasn’t progressed. We’ve been waiting anxiously with my elderly father, but it seems like the court isn’t moving the case forward. Even when I requested a hearing, the judge penalized me by delaying the case for three months instead of hearing it. It’s been listed again, but nothing is happening. What can I do to ensure my case gets heard? It’s been listed for six months, but nothing seems to be happening.
