My company received a notice from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) regarding the delayed filing of Cost Audit Reports for the financial years ending March 31st, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. We’re unsure how to proceed with compounding the offense. Additionally, if we obtain the Cost Audit Reports from our auditor, is it possible to request the ROC to allow us to file them retrospectively? We understand this was an unintentional oversight.
