Yes, an Arya Samaj marriage performed in Agra will be legally recognized in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan High Court ruling only affects marriages performed under the Special Marriage Act, not those conducted by religious institutions like Arya Samaj. Your marriage will be valid in Rajasthan as long as it adheres to the Arya Samaj rituals and legal requirements.
