You can approach a court with a suit for partition of the ancestral property, seeking a declaration that the division agreement is invalid due to non-inclusion of the doctor and inspector’s personal assets. You can request the court to order a proper partition of the entire ancestral property, including all assets of the brothers, based on your father’s rightful share.
