Our family has many branches, with an oral division of property made 70 years ago. Some received more, others less. Can someone who received a smaller share then, challenge the division now?

Under Indian law, a person can challenge an oral property division even after a long time, if they can prove they received a significantly smaller share than others and that the division was unfair. However, proving the terms of the oral agreement and its unfairness after 70 years would be extremely difficult.
