My wife and I were happily married when I bought a property in her name. Sadly, we’re now separated and she filed a case against me. During that case, she admitted the property was bought by me for her. The case was dismissed. Now, I’ve filed a case to get the property back in my name. However, she’s changing her story in court, claiming the property belongs to her family. Is there any chance I can get the property back in my name?

Yes, you have a strong case. Your wife’s admission that you bought the property for her is legally binding and can be used as evidence. The court can consider her previous statement and dismiss her current claim, potentially allowing you to regain ownership of the property.
