My two brothers are stronger and wealthier than me. We have land to divide equally, but 70% of it is rented out to families who have lived there for years. The problem is, I’m being forced to take the part with all the tenants, while they get to split the rest. They won’t help with the tenants, and I can’t handle them alone. They’re threatening legal action if I don’t agree. What should I do?

You have the right to an equal share of the land, including the portion with tenants. It is unfair and potentially illegal for your brothers to force you into taking only the land with tenants. Consult a lawyer to understand your legal options and protect your inheritance rights.
