You have legal rights to a share in the property as a co-owner, even though your father provided financial support. He cannot sell the property without your consent, and gifting it in his will to his new wife without your knowledge could be challenged in court. Consult a lawyer to understand your specific options and explore legal action to recover your rightful share.
