You have legal recourse under the Indian Constitution and various laws, including the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. You can file a writ petition in the High Court challenging the demolition and seeking compensation for the loss.
