My grandfather’s property was passed down to his two sons, my father and my uncle. My uncle, who was married but had no children, lived in the family’s 3-story house on a 5-cottah plot with my father and their families. Sadly, my uncle passed away recently, leaving behind his wife. Now, she’s trying to claim a share of the property, saying she should be considered a partner. My question is, does she have a legal claim to the house, and would she become a shareholder alongside my father?
