My grandfather had six daughters and sadly passed away. He left behind his property, but three of my aunts aren’t agreeing to divide it. Two other aunts want to give me their shares, but because of the others, the property division is stuck. What can I do to get the property divided?

You can file a suit for partition in a civil court. The court will hear all parties and decide on the division of the property based on your grandfather’s will (if any) and applicable laws of intestate succession. You can also attempt to reach an amicable settlement with all aunts through mediation.
