Based on Indian law, you can issue a legal notice to the builder demanding completion within a reasonable timeframe and seeking compensation for delay. If the builder fails to respond or comply, you can file a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) or approach a consumer forum for redress.
