As the nominee, you have a strong claim to the bank accounts, but your sisters could challenge it based on inheritance laws. It’s advisable to reach an agreement with your sisters regarding the distribution of the funds, ideally through a legal consultation and formal documentation, to avoid future disputes. Opening the locker and finding a will would also significantly impact the situation.
