Based on Indian law, the will made in 2003 is not valid since it was not registered. You could file a claim for your share of the family home based on your contribution to its construction and your long-standing occupancy, even though your father passed away in 2006. Consult a lawyer specializing in property and inheritance law for specific advice and legal proceedings.
