My father owns ancestral land and wants to give it all to me. Can he legally exclude my brother from inheriting it? If not, could he include a clause in the will requiring my brothers to take care of me financially for life, since I have a disability?

Under Indian law, your father cannot exclude your brother from inheriting ancestral property. He can, however, include a clause in his will requiring your brothers to provide financial support for your lifetime, but this is not legally binding and may be challenged in court.
