My father built a house about 30 years ago, which was registered in my grandmother’s name. She had four children, two sons and two daughters, with my father being the youngest. Sadly, both my grandmother and father have passed away, leaving the other three siblings alive. We wish to transfer the property to my mother’s name. Can you suggest the most cost-effective legal way to achieve this?
