My father, before passing away, gifted a large portion of his land and house to my mother and younger brother through a will. My other three siblings agreed to this in writing on stamped paper. Now, this property belongs to my mother. Can she freely give her share to my three siblings through her own will? After her passing, can my three siblings claim her share equally, or can my younger brother also claim an equal share? We are a Hindu family.

Under Hindu law, your mother can freely bequeath her share of the property to your three siblings through her will. However, after her death, the property will be divided equally among your four siblings, including your younger brother, as the initial gift from your father was a testamentary transfer, not a complete ownership transfer.
